Um vídeo publicado nas redes sociais por uma jovem universitária chamou atenção pela cena inusitada registrada na comunidade do Arapari, em Barcarena, Pará. Nas imagens, Janine Leão aparece alimentando dezenas de peixes que se aglomeram à superfície da água, impressionando internautas pelo tamanho e pela quantidade dos animais.
Janine compartilha a rotina na comunidade ribeirinha e explicou que os peixes mostrados no vídeo, chamados por ela de “peixinhos”, são bagres que vivem soltos na natureza, mas recebem cuidados especiais da família. A propriedade fica localizada em um dos braços do rio Acará, onde os animais são alimentados e protegidos.
Além dos bagres, Janine relata que outras espécies nativas também são mantidas no local, que funciona como uma área de preservação: a pesca é proibida pela família.
No vídeo, a jovem demonstra intimidade com os animais, que se aproximam sem medo e chegam a ser acariciados durante a alimentação. A área abriga ainda um restaurante conhecido por oferecer aos visitantes uma experiência amazônica, atraindo turistas interessados no contato com a natureza e na cultura ribeirinha da região.
